Agent Productivity Training - This series was developed exclusively for Keller Williams Associates by Dave Jenks, the Dean of the University. After in-depth input from top producing Sales Associates from various geographic areas, Dave combined their concepts to form the basis of the primary elements of real estate sales success in these 2-day sessions.
1. Positioning and Marketing helps associates develop a unique marketing strategy that is targeted, powerful and cost-effective. It will set them apart from the competition and create a positive and memorable image 2-day class.
2. Customer Service and Satisfaction tips that reveal what really matters to real estate consumers will highlight this 2-day session. Participants will learn techniques for measuring customer satisfaction and delivering value-added service.
3. Selling, Presenting and Negotiating revolves around techniques of effective and efficient sales presentations and direct prospecting as well as customizing communications to various customer styles, and negotiating win-win agreements. 2-day course.
4. Systems, Delegation and Technology. Today’s successful real estate associate implements systems for maintaining a customer data-base, for establishing accounting and financial management systems, and systems for utilizing vendors as team members, and systems for closing, listing and buyer activities. 2-day session.
5. Goal Setting, Planning and Time Management. Focusing on strategic thinking, action planning, and the concept of Dollar Productive Activities, participants will learn the principles of scheduling and tracking activities to impact outcomes and results. 2-day session.
