Business Leadership Training
Business Leadership Training courses are designed around the two issues of working “in” your business while also successfully working “on” your business.
The Boot Camps will assist in developing knowledge, skills and habits conducive to running a successful real estate business or practice. The courses are:
Recruiting and Selecting the Right People - Whether building a team or hiring one person, this 10 step process to help make the right “people” decisions will be invaluable to expand a business. 2-day course.
Action- Focused Training - The goal of this 2-day course is to develop skills to train people so that you get the best possible results.
Leadership - At Keller Williams, the goal is to exemplify leadership qualities in the practice of real estate. For 2 days, this course focuses on the best concepts of leadership, examining useable models and methods of leadership and practicing skills to implement the concepts.
Consulting is a course which will assist people in consulting others to improved results and helping to develop techniques for seeking options when things don’t go as planned. In 2 days, the participants will examine the concepts and models of high-impact consulting.
Team-Building is a business model in real estate that is working very well. The 2-day course revolves around the nine characteristics of successful self-directed teams, the twelve barriers to team success, and the six steps to teamwork. Keller Williams provides a blueprint for associates who want to develop their business into a team.
